There are of course certain prerequisites for Logistics Solutions Providers to be able to provide such a service. Your Logistics Solutions Provider must of course have their equipment. As we have our own vehicles and warehouses, we can load your cargo at your front Door and deliver it right to the front Door of your client. The reason we can deliver right to the front Door of your client is the capabilities of our International Partners, most of whom also have their own equipment.

This is True Supply Chain Management! A chain is without "broken links."

As Jiaming Int'l Freight Agency Co., Ltd. has Warehouses, we can provide our clients and our Partner's clients with a centralized location from which they can consolidate, store or distribute their products. Our 5 Warehouses are all conveniently located to cover the most important ports in South China as well as giving us access to the local and national Rail, Highway, and Air networks.

Dynamic Distribution Hub

Jiaming Int'l Freight Agency Co., Ltd. has the ability to operate as a Distribution Hub for our Domestic and International clients.

Domestic Clients

There are aspects to making use of warehouse space that is "off site" in relation to your factory, that make product management and financial sense.

Many of our clients have factories that are not always in possession of enough warehouse space to store their products until delivery time. Perhaps the manufacturer is involved with "Season Specific" forms of products that have only one or two "Peak Seasons" each year for shipping but who are in a production process throughout the year.

For these clients, we can arrange long-term storage of their goods in a safe and monitored location, until the client has need to ship the commodity.

For other clients that have a long production process just to fill orders, we can arrange to store any part of their shipment until the shipment is of a size to warrant shipping or until a purchase order for those goods is received. The savings in waiting for a FCL (Full Container Load) shipment rather than an LCL (Less than Container Load), if time is on the manufacturer's side, are considerable. For those of our clients who require an LCL shipment, we can consolidate their shipment with other clients having shipments to the same destination, thus reducing the costs and increasing savings.

We can even provide a "Labeling" service to our warehouse clients that do not have the manpower or space to do labeling "in house."

International Clients

For our International Clients, the advantages of being able to utilize our warehouses as a Dynamic Distribution Hub is even more potentially beneficial to their business.

The average time for a shipment coming from say Europe to China is around one month. If a supplier of raw material for example receives an order from a China factory for product, the factory must wait for often more than one month for actual delivery. The vagaries of business make this a potentially perilous practice as so many things may arise from time of order to time of delivery that can interfere with smooth operations. A viable solution is for the supplier of either raw material or in fact finished product, is to send some of their goods to the care and attention of Jiaming Int'l Freight Agency Co., Ltd. for management.

We will store the goods until we are informed – By the Supplier - to release a portion of the goods to the factory or retailer we are directed to release it to. The time savings are enormous. If an order comes into our office to release a certain portion of a certain product, delivery will be made in days or even hours. If the goods are "replacement parts" for example, imagine the benefit if your China clients do not have to wait for a month to be able to fix a damaged article so it can be sold.
